Direct Guidance Through a Personal Process
Charles founded C. S. Lee, Attorney at Law, Ltd. to give clients direct, knowledgeable guidance through a system that can feel impersonal and unforgiving. His work spans family-based immigration, employment and investor visas, permanent residence, citizenship, waivers, humanitarian relief before USCIS. Immigration court work is accepted selectively.
Each representation begins with the full history: the client’s goals, prior filings, deadlines, risks, and available evidence. The purpose is to replace uncertainty with a realistic strategy and careful preparation.
Charles earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego and his law degree from Whittier Law School. He serves clients in Los Angeles and nationwide in matters governed by federal immigration law.
“The goal is not to overwhelm clients with the system. It is to make the next decision clear.”
